Return Policy

  • You must return the product(s) you want to return with the invoice. The return process may take longer for return packages that do not contain invoice information. Do not forget to send your invoice in the return package so that we can process your return quickly.
  • For unused products, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days. This period starts from the date the product is delivered to you. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal until the delivery of the product. You must send the product back within 14 days from the date you send the notification that you have exercised your right of withdrawal.
  • The product(s) you want to return; You must pack it completely and undamaged together with the box, packaging, standard accessories and invoice, if any.
  • If the package is damaged (torn, wet, defective, etc.), you can return your order by having the cargo officer keep a “Damage Assessment Report”. The relevant minutes are available at the cargo officer. You can request a refund by delivering the faulty products to the cargo officer accompanied by the relevant report.
  • When you return the product, after the acceptance approval is received from the “product review” unit, the refund transaction is made to the card you used in the order payment. The refund of installment payments is made in installments due to bank processes.
  • The products you will purchase from FashFed will be sent to your address by different sellers with the cargo company contracted by each seller. You must send the products you want to return with the return code of the cargo companies contracted by the sellers. When you order products from different sellers at the same time and want to return them, you must deliver the product with the seller’s contracted shipping company and its return code.

Return Process

Return process for products whose seller is Kar Art:

  • You can return your products using the Shipping return code and company code provided to you. For a smooth return and shipping process, you must pass both codes to the cargo personnel.

Return process FOR OTHER SELLERS:

  • Free return codes are valid for cargo companies with which sellers have an agreement. Remember that you must deliver your products to the relevant cargo company branches with the return codes given to you.

If you placed an order as a “Guest Member” without logging in, you can return the products you want to return free of charge with the shipping company and shipping code contracted by the seller you created an order with.

Return Conditions

  • The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products, provided that it does not limit the situations stipulated under the Distance Selling Regulation:

a) Products prepared in line with the wishes or personal needs of the consumer.

b) Products whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery; products whose return is not suitable in terms of health and hygiene.

  • It must be undamaged.
  • Barcode identifications are provided based on the authenticity of all products from production. For this reason, the authenticity of the returned products can be determined from their barcodes.
  • If the order arrives as a defective or wrong product, you can report the situation by contacting our customer service or call center from the CONTACT US section on our site. The relevant order number is determined and an image of the defective product is requested. After the image, a direction is given for return.

Cancellation Policy

  • For products belonging to other vendors, you can contact our customer service and submit your cancellation requests.
  • If the product in your order has been invoiced during the preparation phase or is in the shipping process, it cannot be canceled, but this does not prevent the use of the right of return. After you receive the product(s) you purchased, you can return it free of charge with the return code of the shipping company contracted by the seller company.
